Pastor Mitchell

Pastor Kevin Mitchell grew up in Springfield, Missouri and was saved at the age of 5 years old when he recognized his need for salvation during a preaching service on the Bible story of Jonah.

He attended United Baptist Church where he began teaching the Junior High Sunday School class during his Senior year of high school and was actively involved the bus ministry.

Kevin met his future wife Becky at a college campus Bible study in the fall of 1994 and were married in August of 1996. The two of them served as youth leaders and bus workers in their church until they moved to Ohio.

Kevin surrendered to God's call to preach when he was 20 years old and attended Baptist Bible College in Springfield, Missouri.

Sardinia Bible Baptist Church called upon Kevin in the fall of 1999. He accepted and the Mitchells moved to Ohio in January of 2000, where he served as the Youth Director/Associate Pastor. Pastor Moore retired in October of 2000 at which time Kevin assumed the role of Head Pastor.

Pastor Kevin and his wife Becky currently reside in the Milford area with their 16 year old son and Becky’s mother. Kevin and Becky also have 4 adult daughters and 6 grandchildren.
